The Fintelekt Academy Premium Membership provides a range of benefits – including short courses and training programmes that allow you to demonstrate your commitment to continued AML/CFT learning and development, and certificates that can be used for earning continuing education credits.

The Fintelekt Academy Basic Membership is free of cost but provides access to limited content.

The Premium Membership costs US$ 125 annually and may be renewed at the end of the membership period.

Yes. You may upgrade your membership from Basic to Premium at any time. The Premium Membership will start on the date of payment and continue for a year thereafter.

The pricing of the Premium Membership is already extremely cost effective and affordable. Unfortunately, we cannot discount any further.

Yes. You may access the portal and its content from any device – desktop, laptop, mobile or tablet.

Membership support is available on all working days (as per the Indian holiday calendar) from 9.30 am to 5.30 pm Indian standard time via telephone, email, whatsapp and viber. 

No. Certificates of  completion can only be downloaded in the Premium membership plan. 

Yes. Please write to us at support@fintelekt.academy with the number of employees that you would like to nominate from your organisation, to request a quote.

No. Trials are not available.

Given the low amount involved, we are unable to invoice your organisation for individual membership purchases. However, if your organisation would like to purchase an enterprise license, we are happy to invoice. Please get in touch with us for more details.

Yes. An invoice will be automatically emailed to you when the purchase transaction is completed.

No. We do not provide a refund if you decide to cancel. We would encourage you to contact us with your concerns or feedback and we will try our best to resolve any issues due to which you might want to cancel.
